Last month, my family celebrated Dad's birthday with a dinner meal at our usual Japanese restaurant (if you have been reading my blog, you will know which it is). Afterwhich, we headed to the Häagen Dazs ice-cream store at Vivocity.
Dad's cake was the Perfect Gift.
Yes, that's the name of the ice-cream cake.

(Pardon about the condensation, as the cake was taken straight out of the display freezer)
The Perfect Gift is a chocolate ice-cream cake. It was coated with a layer of rich dark chocolate and had chunky chocolate bits inbetween. What I liked was the gold-dusted chocolate ribbon that made the cake so pretty-looking! I wondered how the person made the ribbon!
There was a thin layer of cream under the top layer of the rich dark chocolate coating. The chocolate ice-cream was rich in flavor with a right level of sweetness. Chocolate lovers, you have to try the Perfect Gift! :)
